The Investment Operations Team at at MFund Services LLC, representing Catalyst Funds and Rational Funds, is seeking an Operations Analyst – Investment Operations.
With ~$13 billion in assets under management (as of 12/31/25) across multiple fund families (including the Catalyst Funds, Rational Funds and Strategy Shares ETFs), the Investment Operations team is seeking an experienced and highly motivated individual with relevant experience in non-traditional investment products and complex instruments such as derivatives and asset-backed securities to engage in all aspects of investment and trading operations. The candidate will work closely with the investment, risk, compliance, and operations departments.
Primary Responsibilities:
The responsibilities required include daily fund operations activities across hedge funds, funds, mutual funds, and ETFs. This involves executing portfolio operations, trade settlement, cash management, regulatory compliance, and investor reporting. Additionally, the role requires preparing and reviewing Due Diligence Questionnaires (DDQs) and providing comprehensive support for 15c processes. Proficiency in trade operations, performing data reconciliation, and generating performance reports is essential. Understanding Fair Valuation of complex investments, mitigate operational risks, and ensure accurate NAV calculations is also crucial. Effective collaboration with investment teams, sub-advisors, and stakeholders is necessary to deliver seamless fund management services.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field and at least 3-5 years of Financial Services industry experience with an emphasis on trading, operations and or Mutual Fund administration.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills including fluency in English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Bloomberg, and other financial tools
- Proven time management and organizational skills
- Capacity to work in a fast-paced, often-changing environment
Work Environment:
This is a hybrid position requiring three days in the New York City Midtown East or Huntington Long Island offices. Flexibility may be available based on individual circumstances and discussions with management. Compensation
- Base salary is commensurate with experience, in the range of $85,000–$120,000. The base salary range listed represents the Company’s good faith estimate of compensation for this role at the time of this posting.
- Candidates are also eligible for a discretionary bonus.

- A 401(k) plan with a 3% company contribution for eligible compensation in accordance with IRS contribution limits.
